Jill spent all her life in the public sector, twenty years of which were with Worcestershire County Council.  She has extensive experience of Social Care and the criminal justice system.

Your local councillor should have considered opinions and be confident enough to express them in debate.

 Your local councillor should be an advocate for a set of beliefs and for the community of the area represented.

Also, your local councillor should be available to help local residents. Stourport Labour Party believes that Jill has the ability to fulfil all of these roles.

Jill has lived in Stourport for over thirty years.  Her children grew up, and still live, here. Now her grandchildren are growing up in a town and county which are very special to her.

Jill continues to contribute to the community in her retirement.  She undertakes voluntary work for Oxfam and Kidderminster Hospital League of Friends.
